Employment Verification.
Excelsior Media from time to time receives requests from outside organizations for employment verification. Any requests for salary information will only be given if a written release is provided. We will not release home addresses, personal phone numbers or Social Security numbers.
Our Policy on the Release of Personnel Information
All employment verification inquiries from current or former employees, prospective employers of current or former employees, governmental agencies, or other organizations such as a financial or lending institution, must be directed to HR@excelsiormedia.com.
All requests for employment verification must contain the employee's or former employee’s signature authorizing the release of information. In the case of current employees, as a courtesy, the company will notify the employee when employment verification information is requested.
When the permission signature is present, generally, Excelsior Media releases this information about current and former employees:
Written requests for additional information related to credit evaluation, employment references, mortgage applications, etc. will be provided only if a release form is signed by the employee and returned to Excelsior.

- whether the individual is currently employed at Excelsior Media,
- the employee’s current or last job title,
- the dates of employment at Excelsior Media, and
- the current or final salary paid to the employee.
